Job Description:
We are currently hiring experienced NICU / Neonatal ICU Nurses for a reputed hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to newborn infants, particularly premature or critically ill neonates, in accordance with hospital policies and international standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs and clinical status
Operate and monitor neonatal equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and infusion pumps
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the neonatologist
Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation
Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies
Educate and support parents regarding neonatal care and progress
Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are strictly followed
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility
Minimum 5 years of NICU / Neonatal ICU nursing experience
Ability to join immediately
Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills
Availability: Immediate
