We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager & Event Sales to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

This is a hybrid role for a boutique, chef-driven bistro restaurant in DC.

The role will require some FOH shifts as well as handling event/private dining sales through outreach/social media and networking

Full benefits

45 hour week

$65,000 - $75,000 base salary.

This is a perfect opportunity for a restaurant Assistant Manager with some event sales experience.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
Promote event and private dining bookings
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Train and manage kitchen personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
