POSITION TITLE: BPO Project Transition Manager
WORK LOCATION: Muntinlupa
SALARY RANGE: PHP 90,000 120,000 per month
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time Day Shift
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Project Transition Manager is the central force behind all service projects, ensuring smooth, on-time, and compliant delivery from initiation to final handover. You will be responsible for leading transitions while ensuring all projects remain within scope and in strict compliance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and organizational processes. This role acts as the primary coordination point between internal teams and customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Lifecycle & Transition Management:
Organize, arrange, and manage service projects from initial scoping through to final implementation and handover.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor performance, and ensure all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Compliance & Service Management:
Support the Service Management Office (SMO) by overseeing SLA/KPI adherence and process compliance.
Conduct internal audits to ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
Drive initiatives for continuous service improvement and manage all aspects of change management related to new and existing services.
Stakeholder Coordination & Documentation:
Lead regular project update meetings with internal teams and customers to maintain clear communication lines.
Create and maintain essential project plans, status reports, and comprehensive project documentation.
Act as the key liaison to drive effective change management and alignment between business needs and project delivery.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven Experience: Significant experience in project transition management, preferably within the BPO or Shared Services industry.
Project Management Skills: Strong ability to develop complex project plans, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and process-driven environments.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing internal teams and external client expectations.
Analytical Mindset: Highly organized with the ability to conduct audits and use data to drive service improvements.
Adaptability: Proactive in managing change and resolving bottlenecks in a fast-paced environment.
