POSITION TITLE: General Manager Family KTV
WORK LOCATION: Quezon City
SALARY RANGE: Up to 150,000 PHP
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time Day Shift

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the overall operations of Family KTV branches in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and F&B management, with proven leadership skills to drive profitability, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain operational excellence across multiple locations.

DUTIES:
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Establish, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency, service quality, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management, to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve operations and offerings.
Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and direction to department heads and staff to build a motivated and high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
Introduce innovative F&B concepts and customer service improvements.
Oversee quality control processes in food preparation, storage, and service to maintain high standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 3 5 years of proven experience in senior F&B management, preferably within hospitality, hotels, or large-scale dining/entertainment establishments.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices.
Financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and oversee branches (e.g., Cubao and Eastwood).
