Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will:

• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, or concerns via phone or digital channels
• Provide accurate and professional information based on training and company guidelines
• Properly document customer interactions in internal systems
• Follow quality standards, call flows, and processes taught during training
• Work closely with team leaders and teammates to meet performance goals
• Participate in coaching sessions to continuously improve skills
