Full Time Motor Mechanic
$78,000 + 12% Superannuation

Summary

We are seeking the candidate who is a dedicated and skilled Light Vehicle Mechanic with one year of hands-on experience. The candidate demonstrates strong capability in performing minor to major services, diagnosing mechanical issues, utilising scan tools, and proficiently handling suspension, tyres, engine components, and parts replacement.

Duties
• Conducted comprehensive vehicle inspections and executed minor to major services, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnosed and repaired mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Proficiently replaced worn-out or damaged parts, including suspension components, tires, and engine parts.
• Utilized scan tools to perform thorough electronic system diagnostics and resolve electrical issues.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify complex automotive malfunctions.
• Collaborated with team members to meet service deadlines and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.

Required Skills
• A minimum Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
• A minimum one year of hands-on experience as a Motor Mechanic or Light vehicle Mechanic.
• Proficient in performing minor to major vehicle services.
• Advanced diagnostic skills using scan tools.
• Extensive knowledge of suspension systems and tire maintenance.
• Comprehensive understanding of engine components and parts replacement.
• Moderate expertise in electrical system diagnostics and repairs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
