Your responsibilities as the Maintenance & Reliability Manager
• Transition the team into a proactive maintenance culture
• Champion reliability and reduce unscheduled downtime
• Oversee all maintenance operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Implement and optimize Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs
• Promote continuous improvement and high-performance standards.

Minimum requirements for this Maintenance & Reliability Manager
• BS in Engineering or Technology (or equivalent experience)
• At least 7 years in maintenance leadership within the paper industry
• Deep expertise in reliability and predictive maintenance
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• High energy and enthusiasm for growth and innovation
