ASG Platform is a US-based technology company building large-scale software solutions. We are expanding our developer team and launching two residency tracks designed for Filipino developers who want to grow their skills and work on global-level engineering challenges.

Available Tracks
1. Beginner Track (1 3 Years Experience)

For early-career or self-taught developers who already know the fundamentals of coding and want to further develop real-world engineering skills.

Compensation: 35,000 40,000 per month

2. Advanced Track (3 7 Years Experience)

For experienced developers ready for more complex engineering work and AI-integrated workflows.

Compensation: 50,000 70,000 per month

Exposure to AI-integrated engineering processes

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications

Work with a distributed engineering team in a remote environment

Participate in code reviews and follow best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues

Adapt to AI-enhanced tools and engineering workflows

Qualifications
Regular Track:

1 3 years of hands-on programming experience

Strong understanding of basic algorithms, data structures, and web development

Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Go, etc.)

Willingness to learn and follow structured training

Advanced Track:

3 7 years of professional software development experience

Strong problem-solving and system-design fundamentals

Experience working on production-level applications

Ability to work independently and within fast-paced engineering workflows
