We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to support our team with recruitment, employee relations, and policy management. This role is fully remote and requires a motivated professional who can thrive in a dynamic work environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, interviews, onboarding).
   

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values.
   

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
   

• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
   

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
   

• 2+ years of HR experience (remote work experience is a plus).
   

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
   

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
