Tasks required by this job include:

Conducts research on fashion trends, consumer preferences, textiles, and market competition;

Designs clothing and accessory collections from concept sketches to final prototypes;

Selects fabrics, colors, patterns, and embellishments to create original and appealing designs;

Collaborates with product development, merchandising, and production teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with timelines;

Prepares detailed technical drawings, specifications, and samples for production;

Oversees fittings and adjusts designs to ensure proper function, comfort, and aesthetics;

Monitors production processes to maintain design integrity and quality standards;

Presents design concepts to stakeholders and contributes to brand direction and seasonal themes;

Keeps up to date with new technologies, materials, and sustainability practices in fashion;

Participates in fashion shows, presentations, and campaigns to promote collections and strengthen brand identity.
