Job Title: Software Engineer Instructor
Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (on-site)

Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Programming Languages and Front-End tools such as JAVA, PYTHON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
o Competence in the software development frameworks and tools such as ReactJS, SPRING, Django, etc.
o Experience in database management and design e.g. Ms SQL, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.
o Knowledge of ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING (AI-ML), DATA SCIENCE & ANALYTICS is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
o Deliver effective teaching on the IT courses as assigned by the institute
o Provide hands-on training and real-world examples to enhance learning experiences.
o Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to students throughout their learning journey.
o Engage and Inspire Students by creating a motivating and supportive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential.
o Regularly assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, quizzes and exams.
o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into teaching materials and sessions.
Requirements
o Educational Background: Minimum of Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field.
o Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching or training experience or equivalent industry experience in software Engineering, Data Science etc.
