Kushi Cannabis Co, situated in Delta, British Columbia, is actively recruiting for the position of full-time and permanent Retail Store Supervisors. To be eligible for this role, candidates should possess a higher secondary education or equivalent, and ideally, have accrued at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:
Assign sales workers to duties.
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
Authorize payments by cheque.
Order merchandise.
Authorize return of merchandise.
Establish work schedules.
Sell merchandise.
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
Organize and maintain inventory.
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
