We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Numismatist Specialist to join our team. This full-time, in-person role is ideal for someone with a strong background in coins, U.S. paper currency, foreign currency, and precious metals such as gold and silver.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and appraise coins and currency, including U.S. and foreign types
Accurately grade coins and assess historical and market value
Identify and assess gold and silver items, staying informed on market trends
Catalog and document collections with a high level of precision
Engage with clients, offering insights and expertise in a professional manner
Collaborate with a dynamic team of industry professionals
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the numismatics field, particularly with U.S. coins and currency
Strong understanding of coin grading, valuation, and historical context
Familiarity with U.S. paper money its history, design, and current market value
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A genuine passion for numismatics and precious metals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $17.00 $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
