Job Summary
We are a fast-growing U.S. based importer and distributor of Transformers and Transformer Cores seeking an experienced sales professional to expand our customer base across OEMs and industrial clients.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in B2B electrical equipment sales, a strong professional network, and the ability to work independently to generate and close deals.
This role can be structured as an independent/commission-only partnership, depending on your preference.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for power transformers and related products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial customers.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
Stay current on market trends, competitors, and industry standards (transformers, CRGO, power distribution).
Prepare and deliver technical/commercial presentations to prospective clients.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
Skills Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience in transformers, electrical equipment, or related industrial products.
Existing network of contacts in utilities, energy, or power-distribution sectors strongly preferred.
Technical understanding of transformers, CRGO cores, or high-voltage equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally/nationally as needed.
