Job Description: E-commerce Specialist (Amazon & Online Store) Key Responsibilities 1. Channel & Product Management: • Create, optimize, and manage compelling product listings (title, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and imagery) on Amazon and our e-shop to maximize conversion rates and search visibility. • Implement and manage a dynamic pricing strategy across all platforms to remain competitive and maximize profitability. • Plan, execute, and analyze promotional campaigns, lightning deals, and coupon strategies to boost sales and clear inventory. • Ensure all content is on-brand, accurate, and updated regularly (e.g., for seasonality, new inventory, policy changes). 2. Operations & Customer Service: • Manage the order fulfilment process, coordinating with logistics partners or our warehouse to ensure timely and accurate shipping. • Efficiently process returns and refunds in accordance with platform policies and company guidelines. • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and reviews, providing exceptional service to maintain high seller ratings and positive brand sentiment. • Monitor inventory levels across channels to prevent stock-outs and oversee reconciliation. 3. Marketing & Brand Presence: • Develop and execute basic digital marketing strategies, including Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) campaigns. • Manage the budget for Amazon Advertising, continuously optimizing for ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). • Utilize other marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, social media integration) to drive traffic to our e-shop. • Protect brand integrity by monitoring for unauthorized sellers and potential intellectual property infringements. 4. Analysis, Reporting & Strategy: • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) daily and weekly, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and profitability.Prepare and present comprehensive weekly sales and growth reports with actionable insights to management. • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for growth and product expansion. • Make data-informed recommendations to adjust strategies and achieve sales targets. Qualifications & Requirements Essential: • Proven experience (2+ years) hands-on managing an Amazon Seller Central account. • Experience managing an e-shop platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento). • Demonstrable experience with Amazon Advertising (PPC) and a understanding of key metrics (ACOS, ROAS, TACOS). • Strong understanding of SEO principles for product listings and e-commerce. • High level of accountability, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset. • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Goals & Performance Metrics Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to: • Increase overall online sales revenue and profitability. • Grow organic search ranking and conversion rates. • Achieve and maintain a high seller rating ( 4.5 stars) on Amazon. • Improve advertising efficiency (lower ACOS, higher ROAS). • Enhance the customer experience and reduce negative feedback.
