Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Plan, monitor, and supervise finishing works such as plastering, flooring, painting,
tiling, carpentry, joinery, false ceiling, waterproofing, and external finishes.
Quality Control: Ensure all finishing activities meet company standards, drawings, and client
specifications. Conduct inspections and rectify defects.
Team Leadership: Manage site engineers, supervisors, and finishing contractors to achieve daily and
weekly project goals.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for
material availability and timely execution.
Time Management: Prepare and track finishing schedules to ensure project deadlines are met.
Cost Control: Monitor resource utilization, prevent material wastage, and ensure works are
completed within budget.
Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and project managers
for smooth workflow.
Handover Preparation: Oversee snagging, de-snagging, and final handover to clients/customers.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, site protocols, and statutory requirements.
Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, highlight delays, and suggest corrective actions to
management.
Experience: 6-12 years in real estate/Construction industry.
Salary: 8 to 10 LPA
