The main purpose of this position is to provide efficient and adequate stock planning and tracking of Inventory to respective branches to reduce stock shortages and customer downtime.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for controlling and managing inventory levels of stocked items to achieve a balance between high order fill rates and stock-outs (service levels) Setup request for new stock items, maintain the inventory material masters and set the stocking levels Responsible for the re-ordering of stock to acceptable levels and that customer orders are fulfilled. Manage OEM system replenishment processes Manage undercarriage, ground engaging tools and oil and lubricant commodities Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers Ensure the accuracy and rectification of the PO, Invoice and GRV End to end process of parts costing
