Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
-Implement processes and strategies for assigned customers to achieve set goals.
-Monitor progress against key performance indicators and customer plans.
-Offer timely feedback on the execution of action plans and areas for development.
-Gain insights into customer values, strategies, and policies by networking -within their organizations to uncover business opportunities.
-Facilitate annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to secure sales agreements and meet targeted margins.
-Collaborate closely with the Marketing function on promotional activities and coordinate with merchandising and sales teams for updates on promotions.
-Assess the effectiveness of trade programs and suggest improvements while preparing various reports for assigned customers.
-Identify and report unusual fluctuations in customer demand.
-Analyze potential improvement opportunities and coordinate initiatives to enhance customer service and business efficiency.
-Foster and maintain relationships across all functions and levels within assigned customer accounts. Work in tandem with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance, and Logistics) to ensure efficient and effective execution.
