Job Description
- *Ticket Management:* Receive and manage maintenance tickets from stores, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.
- *Vendor Sourcing:* Utilize search engines to locate and connect with local technicians in specific cities to resolve identified issues.
- *Cost Negotiation:* Negotiate service costs with technicians to ensure competitive pricing for the required maintenance.
- *Communication:* Maintain clear and effective communication with store personnel, technicians, and other stakeholders throughout the maintenance process.
- *Night Shift :* Work exclusively during night shifts to support store operations and resolve maintenance issues in real-time.

- *Experience:* 1-2 years of experience handling U.S. clients is an added advantage.
