Big Sky Acoustics seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and performing data entry tasks with high accuracy.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, including entering customer information, orders, and other relevant data
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software and Microsoft Office applications to manage customer interactions and track customer data
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
*Requirements:*
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service and data entry experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
