What You'll Do:
Assist clients with the implementation and training of school/college ERP software
Demonstrate the product to clients and resolve their queries
Troubleshoot and provide quick, effective solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to tackle technical challenges
Deliver clear, step-by-step support (both written & verbal)

Required Skills:
️ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (English & Hindi)
️ 1+ years of experience in technical support (preferably ERP/software apps)
