Responsibilities:
Game Design & Mechanics – Developing and refining core game mechanics, level design, and Snake Game systems.
Documentation – Creating detailed design documents, flowcharts, and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively.
Collaboration – Working closely with artists, programmers, and producers to bring the game vision to life.
Balancing & Tuning – Ensuring gameplay mechanics are well-balanced and engaging for players.
Mentorship – Guiding junior designers, providing feedback, and helping with their professional growth.
User Experience (UX) & Player Engagement – Enhancing game usability and ensuring a satisfying player experience.
Problem-Solving – Identifying and resolving design-related challenges throughout development.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or proprietary tools.
Deep understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and engagement strategies.
Scripting knowledge (Lua, Python, C#) is often a plus.
Ability to create clear and concise game design documents.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with Snake Game cross-functional teams.
Experience in playtesting, balancing, and iteration.
