Full-Time Retail Manager
SALARY: $80,000 to $90,000 per annum plus superannuation

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan, organise and manage the overall daily operations of the store.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
• Manage store budgets, operating expenses, labour costs and financial performance.
• Recruit, train, supervise and manage employees, including staff rostering and performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, supplier coordination and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with Domino's franchise standards, food safety regulations and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Monitor customer service standards, resolve complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Analyse sales reports and operational performance to identify business improvements.
• Maintain accurate operational records and report business performance to the owner.

Qualifications and Experience
• Relevant qualification in Retail, Business or Hospitality Management is desirable.
• Previous experience in retail or quick-service restaurant management.
• Strong leadership, financial management, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage store operations effectively in a fast-paced environment.
