Qualification:

Bachelor in English + 2-3 years American curriculum experience. Native/C2 level English. SAT/MAP experience preferred

*Teaching & Curriculum:
- Deliver American Common Core English curriculum (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening, Grammar)
- Prepare daily lesson plans, weekly plans, and semester curriculum maps
- Teach literature, academic writing, essay writing, and research skills
- Prepare students for MAP, PSAT, SAT, and AP English
- Use differentiated instruction for different learning levels

*Assessment & Reporting:
- Create quizzes, tests, assignments, and project-based assessments
- Correct and grade work within 3 days and upload grades to the system (ClassDojo / School System)
- Prepare progress reports, report cards, and maintain student portfolios
- Conduct remedial classes for low achievers

* Classroom & Admin Duties:
- Maintain classroom discipline, attendance, and a positive learning environment
- Decorate classroom with educational displays and student work
- Attend staff meetings, academic meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and training
- Participate in school events, morning assembly, and supervision duties
- Coordinate with other English teachers for curriculum alignment
