The Role

Market Research: Dive into our clients’ industries and understand their target markets.
Prospecting: Reach out to potential customers via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
Lead Qualification: Use the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to identify and qualify top leads.
Appointment Setting: Book high-quality meetings between our clients and key decision-makers.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through consistent updates and communication.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or lead generation.
Comfortable with outbound calling and confident in engaging new prospects.
Familiar with the UK market and professional sales culture.
Highly ambitious, energetic, and results-driven.
Clear, persuasive communicator who builds relationships naturally.
