Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Basis Consultant to manage SAP system administration, technical operations, system performance, and infrastructure reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install, configure, administer, and maintain SAP systems and environments.

Manage SAP system landscapes, including development, quality assurance, and production environments.

Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and overall system health.

Perform SAP system upgrades, kernel upgrades, patches, and support package implementations.

Manage SAP transports, client administration, system refreshes, and system copies.

Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure system stability.

Support SAP database administration, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.

Manage SAP user administration, authorizations coordination, and technical security activities.

Coordinate with infrastructure, database, security, and application support teams.

Support SAP migrations, cloud integrations, and S/4HANA technical projects where applicable.

Maintain technical documentation and follow change management and operational procedures.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in SAP Basis administration and technical support.

Knowledge of SAP system architecture, transports, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Experience with SAP HANA databases and SAP S/4HANA environments is desirable.

Understanding of system security, backup and recovery, and high-availability concepts.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
