Cold Caller Proven Experience Required
Full-time Remote

We’re seeking experienced cold callers to reach prospects in the New York market. Applicants without prior cold-calling experience will not be considered. The role involves making high-volume outbound calls, introducing products and services, handling objections, and qualifying leads or setting appointments for the sales team. Candidates should be confident, persistent, and able to hold natural conversations with New Yorkers in clear, neutral American English.

Requirements
- 1 2 years of proven cold-calling experience
- Clear, neutral, easy-to-understand spoken American English
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong listening, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills
- A positive, persistent approach to handling rejection
- Comfortable using CRM and dialer tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently, meet targets with minimal supervision, and learn products and processes with light training
- Experience cold-calling the New York market strongly preferred

Schedule and work setup:
- Full-time remote position on an EST schedule
- Consistent availability during scheduled working hours required
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace required
