Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a luxury pool and outdoor-living business, following clear team guidance and reporting results.

Key Responsibilities
• Run paid advertising campaigns following the team's guidelines.
• Support campaign execution in platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor results and optimize campaign performance.
• Report results and follow through consistently on assigned campaign work.

Requirements
• Previous marketing work experience and evidence of following clear guidelines effectively.
• Hands-on paid advertising experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or comparable platforms.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow through and produce consistent work.
• Strong English communication.
