We are hiring 50 top outbound sales representatives for our new 1,000 sqm office in Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative you will call US customers who showed interest in a product (abandoned checkouts, cancelled subscriptions) and close the sale over the phone. You will work US Eastern hours (night shift in the Philippines), onsite in Cebu City.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US customers from warm leads, not cold lists.
- Understand the customer's needs, handle objections and close sales.
- Follow scripts and compliance rules for every campaign.
- Log every call and outcome in the CRM (ViciDial, Hubstaff, CRM).
- Hit daily and weekly sales targets and keep improving with coaching and QA feedback.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of outbound sales experience in a BPO (sales, not inbound support or tech support).
- Excellent spoken English and a clear, confident phone voice.
- Experience with US market campaigns is a strong plus.
- Competitive, coachable and driven by results.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City, full-time, on US Eastern hours (night shift).
