What you’ll do
Connect with current and prospective customers to understand their needs
Explain insurance options and help customers find appropriate coverage
Build lasting relationships through responsive, helpful service
Follow up with leads and support the agency’s sales goals
Keep customer information and records organized
What we’re looking for
Strong communication and people skills
A positive, dependable, customer-focused attitude
Comfort learning about insurance products and discussing options
Sales, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required
Willingness to obtain any required insurance licenses
