We are hiring Lifeline Agents to help us provide free phones for low-income families throughout Southern California!

Our Ideal Agent:
Enjoys helping people in the community
Has strong communication and presentation skills
Bilingual is a plus (not required)

Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be 18 years or older
Must have own vehicle (ability to carry equipment to job site)

Responsibilities:
Assist customers through a short application process
Verify customers’ identity and proof of eligibility (Food Stamp Card, Medi-Cal Card, SSI Award Letter, etc.)
Activate and issue customers’ free cellphones
