TrueGrade Siteworks LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking construction laborer to join our growing team. We specialize in excavation, land clearing, grading, new construction site preparation, roofing, siding, drainage, demolition, and general construction.
Responsibilities:
Assist with excavation, grading, leveling, and new construction site preparation.
Help with land clearing, brush removal, and demolition projects.
Assist with roofing installation, tear-offs, shingle installation, and material handling.
Assist with siding installation, removal, measuring, cutting, and finishing.
Help install drainage systems, culverts, and other sitework.
Load, unload, move, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
Follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a crew.
Travel to job sites throughout our service area as needed.
