Job Title: Export Coordinator
Job Profile

We are looking for a well-communicated and customer-oriented Export Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating with our international customers and ensuring smooth communication and order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with international / overseas customers through email and other communication channels.

Handle customer queries related to orders, product details, order status, delivery timelines, and other requirements.

Address and coordinate the resolution of customer complaints, issues, and concerns.

Coordinate with customers regarding payments, payment follow-ups, and outstanding dues.

Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely responses to their queries.

Coordinate internally with relevant departments such as Sales, Production, Accounts, and Dispatch to ensure smooth order processing.

Keep customers updated regarding order progress, shipment status, documentation, and delivery schedules.

Maintain proper records of customer communication, orders, and follow-ups.

Build and maintain professional relationships with international customers.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt, clear, and professional communication.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, especially written English.

Strong email drafting and communication skills.

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.

Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple customer queries and orders simultaneously.

Experience in Export / International Customer Coordination / International Sales Support will be an added advantage.
