Job Description

- Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of mechanical/MEP site-supervision experience.
- Practical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting installations.
- Able to allocate manpower, supervise technicians and subcontractors, monitor workmanship and coordinate inspections.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, safety requirements and daily progress reporting.
Screening priority: Hands-on supervision experience, not only general maintenance experience.
