Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Food Business Manager / HR Manager to oversee both our food business operations and human resource functions. This leadership role requires a candidate with strong business acumen, operational excellence, and proven people management skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Business Operations: Oversee daily food business operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality service.
* HR Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff scheduling.
* Compliance & Quality: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
* Team Leadership: Manage inventory, procurement, and coordinate kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Requirements & Qualifications
* Experience: Proven experience in both HR management and running a food business (restaurant, QSR, or hospitality).
* Skills: Deep understanding of cost control, customer service, and HR best practices.
* Flexibility: Ability to work effectively on a shift-based schedule.
* Proximity: Must be willing to work at the Ikeja Airport Road (MM2) location.
