Position: Primary School Teacher

Location: Isolo-Ejigbo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 40,000 80,000 monthly
Salary Level: Based on Qualification

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to provide quality teaching and support pupils in their academic and personal development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with children and able to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons appropriate for pupils’ age and learning abilities.
* Teach assigned subjects according to the school curriculum.
* Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
* Assess pupils’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Identify pupils who may require additional academic support.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and pupils’ progress.
* Create a safe, respectful, and supportive classroom environment.
* Encourage pupils to participate actively in classroom activities.
* Manage classroom behaviour fairly and professionally.
* Communicate appropriately with parents or guardians regarding pupils’ progress when required.
* Participate in school activities, meetings, and other academic programmes.
* Collaborate with other teachers and school staff.
* Perform other teaching and administrative duties assigned by the school management.

Requirements
* Relevant teaching qualification or educational background.
* Qualification level will be considered when determining salary.
* Previous primary school teaching experience is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of classroom management and teaching methods.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience and ability to work effectively with children.
* Creativity and ability to make lessons engaging.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Professional, responsible, and committed attitude.
* Must be willing to work in Isolo-Ejigbo, Lagos.

Compensation
* 40,000 80,000 monthly
* Salary determined based on qualification
