Position: Sales Personnel

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 70,000 monthly + Allowances
Preference: Female candidates preferred

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Female Sales Personnel to promote products, attend to customers, generate sales, and contribute to the achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Attend to customers and understand their needs.
* Promote and recommend products to customers.
* Generate sales and work towards assigned targets.
* Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
* Respond to customer enquiries professionally.
* Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
* Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
* Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately.
* Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
* Assist with product displays and maintain a neat sales environment.
* Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate them to the supervisor.
* Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
* Work with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.

Requirements
* Minimum of an OND, HND, or relevant qualification.
* Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and persuasive personality.
* Customer-focused and target-oriented.
* Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
* Neat, professional, and presentable.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must be willing to work in Amuwo Odofin.
* Female candidates are preferred

Compensation & Benefits
* 70,000 monthly salary
