Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and strategies for increasing online visibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the company’s social media accounts and online presence.
* Develop and implement social media content strategies.
* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across relevant platforms.
* Develop captions, graphics, videos, and other social media content.
* Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.
* Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally.
* Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
* Monitor audience engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics.
* Maintain a consistent brand voice and online presence.
* Collaborate with other team members on campaigns and promotional activities.
* Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements
* Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
* Good content creation and copywriting skills.
* Creativity and strong attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of social media trends and audience engagement.
* Ability to use basic design or content creation tools is an advantage.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Must be willing to work 2 days on-site in Amuwo Odofin.

Compensation & Benefits
