Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Female Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, supervise staff, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of management experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or related service environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the business.
* Supervise and coordinate staff activities.
* Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
* Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
* Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
* Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment.
* Coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Monitor operational expenses and minimize unnecessary costs.
* Prepare regular operational reports for management.
* Support staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
* Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
* Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
* Support management in achieving business goals and improving overall performance.

Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant management experience.
* Experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or similar service-based business.
* Proven experience supervising and managing staff.
* Strong leadership and people-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
