Northcliff, Johannesburg: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY (BONDS)
Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable female with excellent attention to detail
-Afrikaans & English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Approximately 5 years recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, attending to retail Bond Registrations a must (Any SA Bank, but Nedbank/FNB preferred)
-Experience working with major South African banks and their bond registration systems
-Sound knowledge of bond registration process and Deeds Office requirements
-Strong organizational, communication and administrative skills
-Able to manage files independently, meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure
-Professional approach to clients and banking institutions
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Residing near Northcliff (within daily commuting distance)
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Attending to registration of retail mortgage bonds for law firm
-Drafting of Bond Registration documents and relevant conveyancing documents
-Liaison with Banks, clients and Deeds Office
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: R 25 000.00 R 30 000.00 gross (depending on experience)
