Bamboo Chopsticks Vietnamese Restaurant in West Kelowna is looking for a Full-Time Food Services Manager (NOC 60030) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35 hours per week.
Job Description:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Bamboo Chopsticks Westbank
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the food service/restaurant industry
• Experience with Vietnamese restaurant is preferred.
• Language in the workplace is English
We offer:
• $70,000 annual salary
