Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Makati City
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Night shift (with night differential)

About the Role

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Makati. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and concerns by phone, chat, or email, and making sure every customer leaves the conversation with their issue resolved. No prior BPO or call center experience is required. We will train you.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and respond to chat and email inquiries
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, timely manner
Document customer interactions and update records in the system
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets
Maintain a positive, courteous attitude with every customer

Qualifications

Senior High School graduate or college graduate (any course)
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
Willing to work night shifts and report onsite in Makati
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Patient, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure
No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
