Required Qualifications
Job costing experience.

Commercial and/or residential real estate accounting experience.

Experience with Yardi and/or JD Edwards.

Experience working in manual/non-QuickBooks accounting environments.

Detail-oriented with a strong track record of accuracy and error reduction.

Advanced Excel skills.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Candidates must have experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting project costs, budgets, and variances.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting project-based or construction-related accounting environments.
