The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, maintains positive working relationships, and is willing to support others when needed. They must also be capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, including working in varying conditions such as heat, noise, indoor and outdoor environments, and 8- or 12-hour shift schedules. Strong mechanical, numerical, and communication skills are essential to quickly learn and perform job responsibilities.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of three (3) years of full-time employment, part-time employment, education, or a combination of these experiences within the last four (4) years.
Ability and willingness to work all three rotating shifts (day, swing, and graveyard), including weekends and holidays.
