NOW HIRING UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

Safeguard On Demand is a California-licensed private patrol operator (PPO #122829) protecting over 50 commercial buildings, 60+ residential communities, construction sites, healthcare centers, and places of worship across 13 California counties. We're growing, and we're hiring officers who take the job seriously.

We don't treat our officers like a number. Our leadership team brings 30+ years of combined security experience, and we promote from within.

PAY: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on site and work order city.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide a visible, professional security presence at your assigned post
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of the property
- Control access, screen visitors, and monitor entry points
- Submit hourly reports with notes and timestamped photos through our mobile app
- Respond to incidents, document them accurately, and escalate to dispatch
- De-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally
- Enforce property rules and parking policies as directed

WHAT YOU NEED
- Valid BSIS Guard Card
- Current Power to Arrest certificate - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S.
- Clean background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and patrol for the length of your shift
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus - we support Spanish-speaking clients and staff
