About the Opportunity
NAIT is seeking Independent Affiliate Marketing Partners to promote our professional membership program and contribute to the growth of our national membership community.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced affiliate marketers, digital marketing professionals, content creators, and individuals with or without established professional networks who are interested in promoting this organization within the mental health industry.

Partners will have the flexibility to develop and execute marketing strategies, utilize promotional channels, and leverage their marketing expertise to attract qualified prospective members.

We are particularly interested in individuals who understand how to reach specialized professional audiences and convert online engagement into membership enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote NAIT's membership program.
• Identify and engage licensed mental health counselors, clinical social workers, psychologists, marriage and family therapists, and other eligible mental health professionals.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, professional networks, blogs, newsletters, websites, and other appropriate promotional platforms.
• Create compelling marketing content highlighting NAIT's membership benefits, educational resources, professional development opportunities, and business support tools.
• Generate qualified website traffic and membership enrollments through individually assigned affiliate referral links.
• Develop creative campaigns to increase NAIT's visibility among independent mental health professionals.
• Monitor campaign activity and performance to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain professional and ethical marketing practices consistent with NAIT's organizational standards.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, or online lead generation.
• Demonstrated ability to attract targeted audiences and generate measurable online conversions.
• Familiarity with social media marketing, digital advertising, email marketing, and online promotional strategies.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently.
• Experience promoting professional associations, subscription services, educational programs, or membership organizations is highly desirable.
• Existing professional networks, websites, newsletters, blogs, or established digital audiences are a plus.
• Knowledge of the mental health, healthcare, or professional services industries is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Partnership Structure
NAIT Affiliate Marketing Partners earn commissions for qualifying new annual memberships generated through their individually assigned affiliate referral links.

This is a commission-only opportunity with no cap on potential earnings.
Partners receive individualized referral links to track membership conversions and attribute qualifying sales to their marketing efforts. Commissions are earned in accordance with NAIT's affiliate agreement and terms.
