Jason Vaughn Excavating is seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers to join our excavation and construction team. We are looking for motivated individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to a productive work environment.

This is a hands-on position involving excavation, site preparation, and general construction work. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, performing physical labor, and working alongside equipment operators and other crew members.

Responsibilities

Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation projects.

Perform general labor duties on construction job sites.

Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Assist heavy equipment operators and crew leaders.

Operate hand tools and basic construction equipment safely.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.

Help complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous construction or excavation experience preferred but not required.

Ability to perform physically demanding work.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Dependable transportation to designated work locations.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
