Project P1 is a motorsport and performance workshop in Doha, Qatar, and we are currently looking for two Automotive / Motorsport Mechanics to join our team.

Our main work is focused on motorsport, performance cars, modified vehicles and aftermarket upgrades, but we also carry out OEM repairs, maintenance and general mechanical work.

Previous motorsport or performance-car experience is preferred, but it is not required. If you are already a good automotive mechanic and are willing to learn motorsport and aftermarket performance work, we are happy to train the right person.

The work may include:

* Engine removal, installation, repair and rebuilding
* Transmission and differential work
* Suspension, brakes and chassis work
* Performance and aftermarket parts installation
* Turbocharger and performance upgrades
* Diagnostics and troubleshooting
* General automotive maintenance and OEM repairs
* Race-car preparation and track support
* Basic electrical and wiring work

We are looking for someone who:

* Has good general automotive mechanical experience
* Works carefully and professionally
* Has good problem-solving skills
* Is willing to learn motorsport and performance-car work
* Can work as part of a team
* Takes pride in clean and high-quality workmanship

Experience with race cars, performance vehicles, engine building, fabrication, welding, ECU systems or vehicle wiring is a strong advantage.

A candidate who is both a mechanic and fabricator/welder is especially welcome.

Salary: Based on experience, skills and ability.
