Job Overview

Job Description

1. Install, configure, maintain and administer the company’s computer networks, servers and IT infrastructure.
2. Monitor network performance and system availability to ensure reliable operation of systems supporting customer orders, inventory, procurement, warehousing and delivery scheduling.
3. Manage network security, user accounts, access permissions, data backups and system recovery procedures.
4. Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, software and connectivity issues to minimise disruption to daily operations.
5. Provide technical support to staff and assist with day-to-day IT and network issues.
6. Maintain and troubleshoot network equipment, including routers, switches, wireless networks and associated hardware.
7. Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of business data, including customer, supplier, inventory and logistics information.
8. Implement upgrades and improvements to IT systems and network infrastructure to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
9. Support the integration of digital systems used across ordering, procurement, inventory management and delivery operations.
10. Maintain network configurations, system documentation, IT asset records and technical procedures.
11. Liaise with external IT service providers and technology vendors where required.
