(38 ordinary hours per week)
Salary $85,000 $90,000 per annum + superannuation

About the Role
Working as a Finance Broker with PURELEND, you will be joining a diverse team of brokers in an experienced Asset Finance Brokerage. In this role, you will be assisting customers from your established network of introducers, referrals & direct customers inquiries, to obtain finance from our extensive panel of lenders. You will have a customer-centric approach to sales, servicing dynamic finance inquiries including property, vehicles, leisure, equipment, personal loans and more.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Finance Broker is responsible for assessing clients' financial circumstances and lending needs, providing professional mortgage and finance advice, recommending suitable loan products, managing loan applications from enquiry to settlement, liaising with lenders and other stakeholders, and ensuring all services are delivered in compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and responsible lending obligations.
The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Assessing clients' financial circumstances, borrowing capacity, and lending objectives to identify suitable finance solutions.
• Determining clients' mortgage and finance requirements by reviewing their financial information, credit history, and available loan products.
• Researching, comparing, and recommending appropriate home loan and finance products from an approved panel of lenders to meet clients' individual needs and objectives.
• Meeting with clients to explain loan products, lending policies, interest rates, repayment options, fees, risks, and the advantages of different finance solutions.
• Preparing and reviewing loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lender and regulatory requirements.
• Acting as an intermediary between clients and lenders throughout the loan application process, liaising with all relevant parties to facilitate timely approval and settlement.
• Monitoring and managing the end-to-end mortgage process, including following up outstanding documentation, responding to lender queries, and keeping clients informed of application progress.
• Preparing finance proposals, loan comparisons, repayment schedules, and other documentation to assist clients in making informed borrowing decisions.
• Maintaining strong relationships with lenders, referral partners, and industry stakeholders to deliver high-quality lending solutions and service outcomes.
• Generating new business through networking, referral partnerships, client referrals, and other business development activities.
• Following up on enquiries and qualified leads, conducting client consultations, and converting opportunities into successful loan settlements.
• Providing ongoing post-settlement support by reviewing clients' lending needs and identifying opportunities for refinancing or additional finance products as their circumstances change.

Skills and Experience Required
A minimum Diploma in Finance or a related field
At least three years of relevant experience
Proficiency in English
